During the visit, we’ll check what is already there and whether it is suitable.

That could be an existing patio, block paving, slabs or a concrete pad.

In some cases, a new base may need to be created specifically for the hot tub before installation.

What we won’t recommend is placing a hot tub directly onto grass, soil, dirt or loose ground.

Hot tubs do not have adjustable feet, so the base needs to be firm, level and properly prepared from the start.

It also means that when installation day arrives, the base is ready for the hot tub to go into position.

Electrics - Planned Properly From the Start

Depending on the model, this may be a 16, 32 or 40 amp supply.
